Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to:

2. Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
During high-demand or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended by an additional 10–13 business days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard UK Delivery: £6.90
Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially during busy periods.
5. Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of your parcel.
If your parcel appears damaged:
- Refuse the delivery if possible
- Or report the issue immediately to us
Failure to report visible damage upon receipt may limit our ability to investigate the issue with the carrier.
6. Delays or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
7. Delivery Address
You may enter a delivery address different from your billing address during checkout.
Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
8. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Absence during delivery attempts
and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
We will provide a suitable solution, including:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund
10. Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund items that do not meet these conditions.
